Apostle Kevin Lamar Jenkins was born January 10, 1972 in Shreveport Louisiana. He was born to Juanita Roby. Apostle Jenkins was licensed in 1987 at the age of 16, by Bishop Howard Robinson at The Berean Church where he preached  sermon. He was the 2nd Vice President of the Western Regional Youth Convention in the National Baptist Convention of America Inc. 

Apostle Kevin L. Jenkins is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ministry Leadership. Apostle Kevin Jenkins was a member of Mount Calvary Christian Center COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Reggie C. Witherspoon and served as the Evangelism Director until he reunited with The Berean Church. Apostle Jenkins was ordained in January 5, 2003 by Bishop Robinson at The Berean Church.

In August 2005, Bishop Howard A. Robinson anointed and sent Apostle Jenkins who   was led by God to Portland Oregon with a vision of "Royalty" expanding the Kingdom   of God. A vision to help people walk in the fullness of God,  building strong families,  and prolific citizens of the Kingdom.. Apostle Jenkins also believes he is called to help develop strong leadership within the Body of Christ. 

Apostle Jenkins was a guest on TBN in Portland Oregon and spoke a powerful message which was aired all around Portland and surrounding areas.     

In the month of August 2008, Pastor Jenkins was led by God to expand the vision of Royalty by establishing Royal Priesthood Ministries in the city of Seattle Washington.   He is now  leading RPM in Seattle and preparing to launch RPM in Tacoma   Washington in July 2010. The ministry of Apostle Jenkins is "Kingdom Focused."       His favorite statement is "Its all About the Kingdom." 

On April 16th 2010, Apostle Kevin L. Jenkins was consecrated by Apostle Jimmy Butler & Chief Apostle James Newton of Lawton Oklahoma to the Office of Apostle. The response from the people in attendance was that it was the most powerful consecration they had ever seen. That night of the Consecration Service was a shift in the life of RPM that the Lord moved upon Apostle Jenkins to Officially change the Ministry name to "Royal Kingdom Global Ministries."

Apostle Kevin L. Jenkins is a man of integrity annointed by God to spread royalty to the world.  He is under the leadership & anointing of Chief Apostle Jimmy Butler from Lawton, Oklahoma.
